Tuesday, September 21st @ 7:30pm ETThursday, September 23rd @ 12:30pm EST 20th I’ll go more in-depth on the information and ideas covered in the Challenge and and answer your questions about thyroid healing.
3. Fill out the Symptom Checklist – located in your Challenge Guide – BEFORE the Challenge starts.
This will help you start to tune into your body and give you a baseline against which to judge your progress.
This week is an opportunity for you to jumpstart your healing journey and get a taste of what healthy feels like for you.
